Highly recommend this Hotel. All positive experiences. Room was very clean, breakfast was excellent, and Amber at front desk was very helpful and friendly. Great service! Hot tub was incredible too.
Missed the survey timeline so figured a public review would help. We came in for my brother's wedding, checkin was quick and courteous, facility is clean and quiet. After the wedding my siblings and I met in the lobby to hangout since some were going back home early the next day. Heather, Taylor and Jennifer were on staff that night and were very helpful and exhibited exceptional hospitality. They met our needs before we even thought about something we might have needed! Brought out water and cups, plates for pizza we ordered after helping us find somewhere that would deliver. If we ever end up back in Brockport, we wouldn't think twice about staying there again
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room was clean and spotless, breakfast was good too, with different options. I also have to give a shout out to Heather ( I hope I have the correct name), she was so sweet and very accommodating during our stay.
My daughter and I stayed here the night before her orientation at SUNY Brockport. It was reasonably priced, super close to campus, clean, friendly service, loved the pool & hot tub, nice free breakfast. I think the best part was that it wasn't a BIG hotel. Only a couple hundred rooms. I will definitely be staying here again when I go for visits!
Super nice people working here. Breakfast is decent but the bed is very uncomfortable and I can feel the springs in my back and side while I'm sleeping. Got a different room on subsequent visits and the bed is better.
The staff here took such great care of us. Breakfast was great, everything was super clean and there were nice little touches to spoil guests all day including mini marshmallows for hot chocolate. We never sleep well in hotels but something about the beds and room had all 5 of us sleeping great.
Wonderful hotel with well appointed rooms, a delicious breakfast buffet and coffee in a good location. Staff there were kind and attentive to our needs.
Stayed here this weekend. It was great, was ready to switch to use it permanently. After hearing about how Hilton is treating Federal agents and ICE, hell no. The whole leadership of Hilton that allowed this needs to be fired. Updating review now that the franchise responsible has been removed from Hilton.
